This is a programming position in the GIS Solutions group in support of GIS web and mobile development. Responsibilities include the design and programming of new applications, webservices and geoprocessing services, as well as development of comprehensive technical specifications and support documentation. Ability to troubleshoot and enhance existing GIS applications.
MINIMUM EDUCATION
Bachelor degree in GIS, Computer Science, Information Technology or related technical experience.
Required / Desired Skills
GIS Enterprise Solutions (Required 3 Years)
ArcGIS ESRI Software (ArcGIS Server, SDE, AGOL, etc.) (Required 3 Years)
Experience with web-application development (Net, JavaScript, HTML, CSS) (Required 3 Years)
Experience with AJAX, JSON, REST and webservice endpoints to create secure web applications (Required 3 Years)
Experience developing web applications using ArcGIS API for JavaScript (Required 3 Years)
At least one year of experience using and developing applications with JavaScript toolkits and UI libraries such as Dojo, JQuery (Required 1 Years)

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
