Pharmaceutical Sales Representative Job Purpose: Assists the pharmacy in developing and maintaining relationships with practitioners who facilitate Tricare and Medicare and dispense compound prescriptions.
We are looking for several exceptionally talented, experienced and driven Pharmaceutical, Medical, and/or Healthcare Sales Representatives in Florida to join our compounding pharmacy sales team. For professionals who have productive relationships and pipe lines with prescribers, this is an incredible opportunity.
NOTE: THIS IS A 100% COMMISSION-BASED POSITION ONLY. SALARY IS GIVEN ONCE THE INITIAL QUOTA IS MET AND MAINTAINED.
Pharmaceutical Sales Representative Job Duties:
Highly preferred, but not required, are CURRENT, ESTABLISHED, PRODUCTIVE relationships with physicians in the state of Florida(particularly Surgeons ).
Very competitive commission structure with uncapped earning potential!
Dedicated and productive sales reps have the potential to make over $100K/year in just commissions alone.
Develop deep and meaningful rapport with new practitioners and maintain current relationships
Services existing account, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential physicians and practitioners.
Professionally sells pharmacy via organized planning and professional demonstrations to potential practitioners who can prescribe for worker's comp-related compound prescriptions
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
Recommends changes in marketing and other aspects of the pharmacy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
Resolves practitioner/patient complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Work part-time or full-time; the more dedicated and persistent you are, the better chance for high earnings
Commissions are paid out monthly and are earned on new Rx's as well as Refilled Rx's.
Primary targets are practitioners facilitating Tricare and Medicare. TARGETING additional specialties ( ENT, Dermatologists, Pain Management, Orthopaedics, Dental, Podiatry, Family Practitioners, Internists, Surgeons, MedSpa, Plastic surgeons) can increase earning potential.
Salary is initiated once the initial quota is met and maintained.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
