Nurse Practitioner - House Call
Considering moving to beautiful Arizona? MD24 House Call has open Nurse Practitioner positions throughout the state of Arizona. Relocation assistance may be considered with a 12 month employment commitment. You are responsible for obtaining your Arizona and DEA license.
MD24 House Call is a unique and innovative multi-specialty house call practice. An industry-leading network of house call doctors, physician assistants and nurse practitioners that are dedicated to improving the quality of life for our elderly patients in the comfort of their own homes. Our unique model allows you to spend more time with patients and provide excellent patient care. Your average patient load will be eight to ten patients a day, while averaging 130k - 180k per year on a full time basis. Position is Monday through Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, flexible scheduling, and full benefits for full time employees.
MD24 House Call covers your malpractice insurance including a tail policy. You will have access to a support staff; Registration, Scheduling, Billers/Coders, Insurance Verification, and Medical Assistants.

Responsibilities:
Diagnose and treat patients in private homes or assisted living facilities, including House Call services for common chronic diseases via in-person House Call and/or telemedicine visits
Analyzing and interpreting patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, or diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses
Developing treatment plans based on standards of care and professional practice guidelines
Chronic Medication management and educating patients on test results and treatment plans
Ordering or performing diagnostic tests such as Lab Tests, Xray, Echocardiogram, Vascular Ultrasounds, and EKGs. Refer patient to appropriate network specialized partner(s) for further invasive diagnostic tests and procedures
Job Requirements:
License must be current and in good standing in the State of Arizona
One to two years' experience as an NP and at least one year in desired specialty field
Welcome new graduates with excellent GPA and background, especially those who completed last rotation(s) at MD24 House Call
Proficient on a Windows based computer and smart phone
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
Must have current DEA and AZ License
