Description:
We are seeking a GIS Application Developer to develop and maintain our GIS systems critical to satisfy Consent Decree requirements. This will require integrations with other enterprise systems, developing new tools and functionality to improve planning, operations and reporting of our infrastructure. This resource will mainly focus on consent decree initiatives.
Minimum technical requirements include: .Net C#NB, HTML5, ArcGIS Server (including ArcGIS REST API, dynamic and cached map services, feature services, and image services), ArcSDE versioning, ArcSDE (including versioning and geometric networks), SOL Server, Oracle, web services, geoprocessing services, Python, ArcObjects, ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Online, DOJO library, Visual Studio 2010 and 2012, and ArcGIS JavaScript API library
MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
5 years advanced experience developing and maintaining GIS systems and tools
Effective oral and written communication is required
