Sales Associate - Entry Level
Duties:
Locate, solicit and contract potential clients and permanent assignments in the Miami area. You will be responsible for building the pipeline for projects and new clients to work with.
Negotiate the assignments
Follow up with the clients throughout the process including; offers, negotiations, and contract signing
Responsible for developing and maintaining a client database
Work within a defined sales quota focusing on initiating and maintaining relationships
Requirements:
Must have a desire to build a career in sales
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Management or a related field preferred.
Prior experience in service-oriented sales is preferred
Ability to excel in a fast paced environment is required
Experience with high volume cold calling is preferred
Ability to be persuasive and influential in verbal and written communicationsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
