a search firm specializing in the Solid State lighting industry. We have positions at all levels with Architectural, commercial, Industrial, Residential, and Solid State Lighting devices, modules, Systems, lamp, and ballast manufacturers.
Our client is a LED lighting startup with a highly accomplished marketing and creative team, solid financial backing, and a patient outlook on LED lighting sales cycle; who is looking to provide superior service and customer experience for Florida and Latin American market. Company is seeking an experienced LED lighting sales professional to assume the role of:
National Sales Manager
The ideal candidate will be working from their home office and report to headquarters located in Downtown Miami. Candidate will be responsible for hiring and training addition sales managers in Atlanta and metro New York market within the next 90 days.
Key responsibilities include:
Make daily phone calls to acquire new clients from lists of potential customers.
Identify business opportunities and prospects. Conduct site survey, ROI, and introduce financing programs.
Develop relationships with new and existing customers and provide information to maximize sales volume.
Prepare proposals and provide information regarding terms of sales and delivery dates.
Plan and perform a variety of business development and outside sales activities.
Collect related documents from customers.
Meet with potential clients to provide catalogs and outline of company services.
Position the brand as the first alternative for premium quality LED solutions in the lighting market.
Make weekly progress report to be sent to headquarters.
Maintain CRM on a daily basis.
Push for cost-effective and a green environment.
The ideal candidate:
Must have at least 5 years sales experience with LED Technology, lighting, or lighting services.
Desire to build business clientele for the company.
Knowledge of lighting products and their functions.
Ability to analyze potential customer.
Capacity to multi-task, to be organized and consistent.
Must have personal vehicle.
Bi-lingual (English-Spanish) is a plus.
College degree preferred.
