Job Description:
You will receive full training, both initially and ongoing.
If not already a licensed Sales representative in the Insurance and Investment world, you will be assisted in getting your licenses.
You will build your own book of business and become vested in it immediately.
You will prospect for clients, work leads that will be given to you, and also generate your own prospects, this is key for success!
Certain programs and procedures are in place to help you market yourself, including sponsorships and event participation which will help you develop your client base.
You will meet with prospective clients, educate them, learn about them and help them make the best possible decisions for their future, by providing appropriate insurance financial solutions that best suit their needs.
You will attend networking events, business meetings, community affairs, luncheons.
You will continue to service your clients and meet with them at least annually for reviews.
You will work with a team of professionals that will be there to mentor and assist you, and help you develop every step along the way.

Requirements:
You must be able to pass a background and credit check with positive results
You must be able to attain a 215 Life, Health and Annuities License (reimbursements available)
You must be able to commute on your own and to local and regional office as required
You must be a Polished Professional (type AAA professional setting)
You must be of the highest moral and ethical character
You must be willing to attend training and meetings as scheduled
You must commit to full time hours (but schedule is somewhat flexible)
You must be willing to network and spend time on the phone and computer searching for clients and working the leads / prospecting the programs that will be available to you.

Compensation package is amongst the highest in the industry, based on performance, which includes bonuses, residual income (renewals and trails), commissions and more.
Reimbursement for certain computers, phones, software, licenses, etc.
You will be considered an Independent contractor and not an employee, but will be able to receive and participate in the benefits mentioned above, plus get a tax break by writing off your expenses.
Schedule flexible anytime approx 7:30AM-9PM.
Business attire required at all times.
