Seeking a Account Manager with a positive attitude and vibrant personality to work with clients in two US markets (Southeast & Midwest) as well as the Canadian market. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in selling online solutions for the aviation industry. The position requires a team-player able to handle a mix of teamwork and a high degree of autonomy. Strong inner drive and open communications skills is a requirement.

Company culture is extremely important to our client. Candidates must be comfortable in working in an open-office environment that encourages learning and facilitates motivation. This position is located in our office in Miami, FL. and candidates can expect about 10-20% of travel per year.

Prior aviation operations experience a huge plus
Software solutions sales experience

Responsibilities
Use sales knowledge and an outgoing personality to develop close customer relationships
Leverage those close relationships to sell our software to new clients and up sell new tools to existing ones
Analyze client performance statistics and recommend solutions
Exceed sales goals
Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
Educate fellow colleagues on best practices that can help increase sales
Participate in various internal product development work teams
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth with new and existing customers

Requirements
3
years of sales experience
Bachelor's degree
Prior Aviation operations experience a huge plus
Previous software sales preferable
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to communicate complex technical features in simple terms
Proven track record of success driving revenue through the development of long- term strategic relationships
Ability to work in a flat organizational environment and as a member of a team
Ability to convert clients spends from other mediums into online marketing relationships
10-20% travel
When not traveling, must work in Miami Office

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
