To develop and maintain our comprehensive monetized consumer service platform and application, we are looking to recruit a talented, experienced and ambitious Web and Mobile Application Developer / IT Project Manager with a strong experience in mobile application development.
The Web and Mobile Application Developer / IT Project Manager for Digital Pelican, LLC. will have a leading position directing our I.T. department as well as defining the direction of our innovative platform and application. S/He will lead a team of IT professional as part of his/her IP Project Management responsibilities and will select and manage companys staff who develop and implement the application & platform. S/He will also work independently under the direct supervision of the Founders, to structure the Companys long-term technology goals, as well as create, improve, maintain and enhance DGs existing web-platform and application. S/He will design, develop, debug, modify and test DGs mobile application and all online tools, identify and troubleshoot technical problems, monitor application performance and write and improve codes to create innovative features. S/He will liaise with the sales, customer service and marketing departments to gather contents and determine areas of IT improvements according to users feedbacks.
The Web and Mobile Application Developer / IT Project Manager needs to have proven management and decision-making skills as well as remarkable technical skills.

Required Skills &
Experience:
Advanced degree in Information Technology or Computer Science;
Minimum of 3 years experience working in Mobile Applications Developer roles with proven experience building and deploying web and mobile responsive applications and software for Android and iOS/IPhone using industry standard ?tools;
Must have experience in leading and directing teams of developers;
Prior experience and proficiency with software and programming languages such ?as:
o Mobile :
- iOS : Objective C & Swift
- Android : Java
- Windows phone : C#
- Xcode
- Android studio & Eclipse
- Visual studio ?
o Web :
- PHP (symfony 2)
- Javascript (Node.js, Backbone js)
- SQL (mysql) & NOSQL (mongodb)
- phpstorm / sublime text / Coda
- phpmyadmin / Parse
Ability to communicate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences;
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in IT technical language in English and French to ensure efficient liaison between the US ?development team and the French speaking Founders;
Strong evaluative, analytical, organizational, leadership and problem-solving abilities;
Professional and ambitious demeanor with the ability to interact with various team members.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
