Marketing Coordinator

A global digital marketing agency, is looking to expand their team in Miami.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Build and manage SEM campaigns for clients on search engines.
  • Optimize campaigns by improving KPI's, CPA and CPC.
  • Build and present reports to clients.
  • Create and test ad copy.
  • Continuously create, categorize and refine keyword lists to drive overall campaign efficiency.
  • Develop and execute media optimization tactics based on media performance observations and analyses.
  • Conduct bid management at the match type and network level for numerous paid search accounts with extensive keyword lists.
  • Build strategic keyword portfolios to further develop brands on multiple markets.
  • Maintain and Update SEM campaign calendar to effectively communicate launches, time-sensitive or seasonal campaigns, etc.
  • Communicate the status of all campaigns and manage search campaign performance against client goals.
  • Recommendations for using search to support new client objectives or campaigns.
  • Day-to-day management of assigned account digital media campaigns; troubleshoot and help resolve issues.
  • Stay abreast of new technologies, tools, research and best practices in the paid search space.
  • Stay abreast of brands growth, industry news and social media as well as competitor campaigns.

The Ideal Candidate will possess the following
Qualifications:

  • Existing knowledge of Search Engine tools:
    AdWords, Editor and more.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and its functions (pivots, v & h lookup, tables, ).
  • Ability to understand and read performance reports, being figure driven in general.
  • Background in Search Engine Marketing. Previous experience in managing PPC campaigns is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills, graceful under pressure, exhibits patience from demanding clients.
  • Highly detail-oriented, deadline-driven, thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Willingness to learn, positive attitude, open minded.
  • On top of all industry news, trends and best practices.

On top of these, because of the nature of the travel industry, following are a plus:

  • Ability to speak Spanish, French or any additional language.
  • Understands the basics of SEO
  • Already worked with DoubleClick (DCM, DBM) or equivalent

We are looking for an extremely bright, hard-working, positive and flexible self-starter that is looking to learn, develop professionally and grow with the company for the long-term. Candidate should work quickly, independently and with very minimal supervision. Labelium prides itself on providing the highest level of customer service, which means extremely quick reaction times to all client requests for help, data, insights, etc.

Finally, as much as we would love to train people from scratch, the Miami based office doesn't have the resources to do that just yet. Previous experience in SEM, on client or agency side, is mandatory.
