Position Summary
Based in Miami, FL and reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Content & Programming, Digital Experience, the Manager, Digital Content & Programming will be responsible for coordinating and managing the development of content across all digital touch points. This includes the strategic approach to the development of photographic assets, video, copywriting and other media specifically optimized for digital channels throughout the Guest experience as well as Employee processes, standards and tools to operationalize the continual development of digital assets against defined standards.

At a high-level, responsibilities for this role will include:
Content Programming: Helps define strategic approach and direction for content development across all digital channels, including defining and tracking content performance and optimizing all content for maximum effectiveness.
Creative management: Works with discipline leaders, content developers and marketing teams to ensure all content is produced according to digital quality standards and brand guidelines.
Content standardization: Helps lead the coordination between ship and shore digital content development teams across business units to ensure efficiency, quality and consistency throughout the Guest experience.
Digital Integration: Collaborates with change management partners in planning, documentation, communication, execution, and follow-up for onboard and shoreside digital experience integration.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years in a digital strategy, product analyst or content production role.
Bachelor's degree required, with a MS/MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
Significant experience in managing the strategy and development of content for digital channels.
The ideal candidate will possess a combination of strategy, product analysis, and execution skills at the enterprise level.
This role requires that the candidate have a proven track record of leading projects through ideation, design and delivery of complex Guest-and employee-facing products.
Product & delivery depth:
Deep knowledge and extensive track record in leading teams in the development of digital solutions, with a deep understanding of how people are adopting and using technology including tools and platforms common to internal/B2B operations.
Deep knowledge of digital technologies, with an eye toward the continual change in consumer technology, including but not limited to wearables, screen-less UI, artificially intelligent bots and voice recognition.
Experience leading product, design and engineering teams through a software development lifecycle that leverages agile principles, yet recognizes constraints necessary in an environment that has both antiquated systems and a construction lifecycle with a long lead time.
Exceptional verbal and written communication and project/program leadership skills, including the ability to communicate effectively at the senior most executive levels of a company.
Results oriented:
Proven ability to collaborate with and achieve actionable results through others, plus the ability to build strong and sustainable relationships, and the capability to interact with all levels of the organization.
Ability to grasp the complexities of the business, Guest and employee and effectively translate that into a strategy that drives measurable results.
Ability to think strategically and drive insights into ideas with a positive outlook and willingness to take personal initiative.
