Centric Consulting is hiring an experienced Data & Analytics practice leader to co-manage our growing Data & Analytics offering. This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking for a balance of delivery, business development, and operations.
This is a senior level, full-time opportunity.
What You'll Do as a Data & Analytics Practice Co-lead
You will share responsibility for growing Centric's data & analytics capability, market presence, and revenue.
You will provide delivery oversight to data & analytics projects across the firm.
You will educate our leadership team, sales reps, and senior managers on the practice's offerings and key messages.
You will collaborate on sales efforts, including meeting with clients, developing proposals, and helping to close work.
You will craft thought leadership such as practice materials (sales decks, marketing, methodology, etc.). Additionally, you will work alongside our marketing team to develop targeted campaigns.
You will help grow our team by training, mentoring, and inspiring.
You will manage practice logistics, such as staffing and financials.

We should enjoy solving problems. Clients don't come to us when the problem is easy. You should like to overcome barriers and take on the hard stuff.
Do you like to travel? Good, because we need someone who likes being on the road. Expect up to 75% travel.
Last, but not least, you should have broad knowledge of Data & Analytics technologies (e.g. BI, EDW, Hadoop, modern data architecture), solutions, practices and project delivery. This includes understanding of data & analytics vendors, products and platforms.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
