Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care is seeking a Senior Director of Patient Experience and Staff Development to join our team of professionals. We make a difference every day to patients and families coping with end of life illness in creating a center of excellence in hospice care.
Overview
The Senior Director of Patient Experience and Staff Development is a senior leadership position including, but not limited to, oversight of the operations related to education, quality assurance, performance improvement, social work, music therapy, spiritual care, volunteers, and bereavement. Ensures quality patient and family experiences and identifies solutions to areas of opportunity. Oversees the development and execution of staff education. Leads corporate culture initiatives and ensures collaboration among quality, supportive care, and education departments.
Qualifications
Demonstrated commitment to Seasons Hospice's philosophy of care, values, mission statement and organizational culture. At least a master's degree in Social Work and state licensed at the highest clinical level as Social Worker in state of residence. Doctorate in social services field preferred. 5-7 years' experience in leadership in healthcare setting. 3-5 years hospice experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; computer literate. Excellent administrative, organizational and leadership skills. Experience with customer service/patient satisfaction initiatives. Experience with performance improvement plans and implementation of such plans.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
