Entry Level Fundraising Position for International Charity

Responsibilities
As a Fundraiser, you will use your superior communication and relationship building skills to connect passionate donors to our charity partners (Save the Children, ASPCA, and The Nature Conservancy). You will engage with the public and inform them about the work of our charity partners in hopes of bringing in high quality donors. You will learn what goes into managing a business that obtains thousands of new donors and raises millions of dollars for our charity partners on an annual basis. In this role, you will:
Acquire donors by approaching new prospects through street canvassing and educating them on the benefits of supporting varying charitable projects
Pitch the charity in line with campaign messaging
Work in teams while reporting to an experienced and dedicated team leader who offers support and training
Progress from entry level to a leadership role with training and guidance from leaders and team members
Qualifications
We are looking for:
Full-time fundraisers (M-F)
Excellent communication and people skills
Strong leadership and entrepreneurial drive
Strong work ethic and willingness to succeed
Ability to meet and exceed performance goals
Ability to motivate and inspire others
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
A passion for helping charities succeed
