A graphic designer is responsible for creating design solutions that have a high visual impact. Planning and executing design and layout for visual communications and web pages, which includes text, sounds, pictures, graphics, and video-clips. Interpreting the client's business needs and developing a concept to suit their purpose while upholding the visual 'brand'.
Design and create visual material used in organization's advertisements/promotional publications and coordinate the creative, technical, and strategic production of online content and web presence
Collaborate with the creative director and account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job
Develop creative ideas and concepts, choosing the appropriate media and style to meet the client's objectives using a combination of graphic and digital web design.
Keep clients informed of project progress, and make recommendations for improvement
Create user interfaces and develop interactive design/design rules and guidelines on all projects as needed.
Present finalized ideas and concepts to clients or account managers, maintaining established corporate branding specifications to ensure work meets organization guidelines.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies in new media related to web and design programs such as InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Qualifications
Minimum 3
years of experience in professional web application/digital design, print collateral, and production.
Strong proficiency in Creative Suite with an emphasis on Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design, Apple Motion and Adobe After Effects
Experience with HTML/CSS required and familiarity with JavaScript and jQuery preferred.
A deep understanding of branding, marketing concepts, and online marketing principles.
Possess an exceptional portfolio that showcases solid, conceptual color layout graphic design skills as well as fully functional web samples.
Strong knowledge of print production, animation skills, and attention to detail.
Excellent creativity skills to produce new ideas and concepts
Ability to work on various assignments simultaneously and meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills and team player within all levels of the organization
Ability to navigate within automated systems and proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel
Education
Associate's degree in Graphic/Web/Communication Designs or related field from an accredited college or university or the interna
