Centric Consulting is hiring a Lead Healthcare Consultant to join our growing practice in the South Florida Area. In this new role you will work with our National Healthcare and Miami team to develo local healthcare strategy, monitor healthcare projects, and to develop and promote healthcare sales opportunities.
This position is perfect for someone who wants to combine their clinical consulting and business development experience to help our clients solve their healthcare problems.
This is a senior level opportunity.

And because we work with clients, excellent communication skills are important both written and verbal. Translating technical concepts into layman's terms is an essential skill.
Initiative is important. We don't hand hold you should be comfortable working independently in an entrepreneurial environment. That said, collaboration is equally important. Our Healthcare team and other consultants at Centric will give you an amazing support system. You will lean on them daily.
Related, you should be someone with the spirit of an educator and thus gets excited about mentoring and knowledge sharing.
Do you like to travel? Good, because we need someone who likes being on the road. Expect 75% travel.
Last, but not least, you will need to have strong end to end expertise in the healthcare industry, including provider, payer, and life sciences. Comfort with solution delivery and business development is vital. Nursing background is highly preferred.
