Location: Miami, FL (Must be able to work from the Anthem Healthcare Miami, FL office location)
Process Expert I
Primary duties may include but are not limited to:
Coordinate and facilitate the delivery of project objectives throughout the entire project lifecycle
Work with the project sponsor to create a Project Charter, outlining the scope, goals, high-level deliverables, and required resources
Monitor the progress of project tasks to ensure that deliverables are met; including the fulfillment of such deliverables when necessary
Conduct regular status meetings with all project stakeholders
Track and assess project issues and risks, help identify resolutions, and escalate and/or resolve as appropriate
Coordinate QA and UAT testing activities; monitor issues and assist with resolutions
Assess project risks and their potential impact to the project schedule; enforce change management procedures as necessary
Understand and communicate stakeholder requirements to various project team members
Proactively communicate project status, issues, and risks to Executive management
Qualifications
BA/BS degree preferred
3 years related experience (business analysis, process improvement, project coordination), experience in high-volume managed care operations (claims, customer service, enrollment and billing); or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background
Strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize successfully
Strong people management and communication (verbal and written) skills; with the ability to influence peers and management
Solid proficiency with MS Project and other Office tools a plus; Strong Excel and Access skills sought
Ability to thoroughly understand the technical aspects of the project (i.e. system inter-dependencies, data flows, technical architecture, etc.) and communicate effectively with development staff
Experience within the managed care industry is preferred

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
