Currently, we have a Commercial Sealant & Waterproofing Sales Representative position available in southern Florida. If you are an ambitious, self-motivated individual with a proven record of effort driven success in the construction arena and are interested in an opportunity to join a highly successful growing sales team, this position may be the right fit for you.
Job Duties:
Call on architects, consultants, building owners, and contractors to share building envelope expertise and drive successful projects
Provide technical consultation for solving potential water infiltration concerns
Understand the local commercial construction market and current trends to effectively promote Tremco systems
Arrange meetings, demonstrations or seminars that highlight proven, tested connectivity
Participate in industry trade shows, industry association meetings, and industry events
Visit customer project sites to assess pre, during and post-installation conditions
Add value to an established fast paced team of professionals
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in construction science/management/engineering or related discipline preferred
Experience in the commercial construction market
Minimum 5 years' experience in outside sales, project management or actual application of similar products
Strong knowledge of the building envelope
Strong verbal and written communication
Fluent in basic Spanish preferred
