We are looking for superstars to join our quickly-growing team at a luxury hotel in Miami. Team members will provide 5 star services and create an atmosphere that happily welcomes customer s to a busy and popular downtown destination.
Jumpstart your career as a Valet Attendant! The VPNE Valet Attendant makes an exceptional impression on every guest by engaging with customers in a positive and friendly manner. As a valet attendant, you will influence the customer's experience by providing safe and efficient service.
Responsibilities
Go above and beyond to create an exceptional guest experience
Effectively operate and park all customer vehicles (both manual and automatic transmission)
Keep safety of self and others in mind at all times
Keep track of keys and vehicles throughout the location
Move quickly throughout shift to meet the needs of customers
Be enthusiastic to create a positive environment for customers and team members
Use professional communication and the VPNE approved language choices
Help facilitate a transition at the end of each shift
Look sharp and neatly groomed all times
Adhere to VPNE attendance policy
Other duties as assigned by manager
Qualifications
Friendly, outgoing & able to smile during customer interactions
Possess an upbeat personality, willingness to go the extra mile & strong work ethic
Maintain uniform standards when on job premises
Ability to read, write and verbally communicate in English
Ability to run and move quickly, ability to organize cars efficiently & ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to safely operate vehicles and pass a driving test on a manual transmission vehicle
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
Be at least 18 years of age
Posses a valid Driver's License in state of residency
Be able to pass a criminal background check & possess a clean driving record
