Growing company is looking for a high energy, leader that is passionate about food and people!This role will help open new locations and bring innovation to existing stores.
You will participate in the development and implementation of new initiatives as an active member of the culinary team.
Provide culinary support in partnering with operations leaders to help create high quality, consistent food offering inclusive of preparation & presentation.
This will include assisting with recipe development, training, store set up and merchandising, food safe standards, production management and operations disciplines and disciplines to deliver the highest quality foods to optimize store sales and profits.
Ability to communicate in Spanish is strongly preferred.
Experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality welcome.
This will be a role that supports multiple locations.
