About the role As a Part Time Advisor Assistant you will be responsible for:
Generate energy, excitement, and passion around AIG products! You are aware and have a deep understanding that AIG provides a customer service experience to our customers that is industry leadingProvide administrative support to an AIG Retirement Services financial professionalMonitor and manage financial professional's calendar and client leadsProvide loyalty-building service to clients by answering incoming phone calls/requests/emailsAssist with processing paperwork and client mailingsEffectively communicate policy information and company procedures to all clientsPerforming other office tasks such as copying, taking messages, distributing mail items, etc.
This position will neither perform selling duties, nor advise clientsWhat we are looking forAdvisor assistants that are action oriented, high energy, personable, empathetic, and have a genuine desire to help our clientsExcellent communication skills, both oral and writtenMust have a high degree of confidentiality with all client interactions and documentsMust possess strong organizational skillsProficient with MS Office and strong professional typing skills requiredBachelor's degree preferred; HS Diploma or GED required2 years of customer service or administrative experience preferredNo securities licensing requiredHours:
