ASSISTANT REGIONAL COUNSEL- MIAMI-DADE COUNTY

The Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel, Third Region (RC3) is seeking applicants for a full-time dependency attorney position.
The dependency position involves a full docket handling all aspects of dependency law, including termination of parental rights cases.
Must be a member in good standing with The Florida Bar.
Experience Necessary:

Juvenile Dependency

Unified Family Court

Juvenile Delinquency (preferred)

5 years of in-court litigation experience in the above areas of practice.
