Our client is actively seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Miami, FL. As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our customers' experience and contribute to our company's success. Being on time and good attendance are essential for this role. This position requires weekend and holiday work on a rotating schedule with other team members. Hours are 8:
30 to 5, 8:
30 to 7pm on Saturdays. This position is fully on site, with no remote work. Employees can expect to work 40 hours a week, generally with days off during the week. Daily
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to the boat marina customers and clients Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner Process payments accurately Assist customers with product knowledge and recommendations Handle complaints and provide effective solutions Open and close the Dockmaster's office Communicate with internal team members Required Skills:
At least 2 years of experience with customer service in a face to face environment Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes Self starter and motivated to be helpful and knowldegable Excellent written and verbal communication skills Money and payment handling skills Data entry Abiltiy to work as a member of a team Timeliness and good work ethic, being on time is essential for this role Nice to Have Skills:
Beginner to Intermediate QuickBooks experience Customer Support and Payment Processing knowledge Pulling, Resolution, and Complaint Resolution abilities Technical Skills:
Microsoft Office suite at an intermediate level QuickBooks experience is preferred Salary and
