IT / PMO Strategy:   IT and Functional Program Management and strategy consultant to corporate and government clients, working typically with high-risk, high-priority programs such as global drone development and deployment, homeland security-related IT programs and strategy, aerospace, communications, and defense. Agile and related business process improvement consulting, management training, and process development. Acquisitions, contract, and overall program management.
