For Sale: 1993 Ferrari 348 in Miami, Florida for sale in Miami, FL

1 of 28
Vehicle Description By 1993 Ferrari had already charted out its next few years of production to include the 355, 456 and Maranello.
But, there was still a bit more life left in the iconic, mid-engined Testarossa spin-off, the 348.
Enter the 348 Serie Speciale.
Produced exclusively for the North American market, Ferrari would build only 100 cars--65 coupes (GTB) and 35 targas (TS).
The utilization of the Speciale name, would mark only the third time that it was used.
First on the '66 365 P Pininfarina Speciale, second on the '69 Pininfarina 512 S Berlinetta Speciale and most recently/fourth on the 2015 458 Speciale.
On the mechanical front, the 348 Serie Speciale received a re-engineered free flow exhaust and ECU alterations, bringing the power to 312 hp--a 16hp advantage over the standard 348.
Additionally, the rear track was widened by 50mm.
In the cosmetic department, a body colored front and rear splitter were added, along with a bespoke front air-intake, enlarged body colored side-skirts, chrome prancing horses--both front and back, and the rear strakes that covered the rear-lights of the standard 348 were removed for a more exposed look.
The Serie Speciale's interior featured an optional, leather trimmed, carbon-kevlar bucket seat derived from the F40.
Additional leather was added to both door cards in place of the traditional carpeting and an individually numbered plaque was placed inside the passenger door jam.
Photographed here, our 1993 Ferrari 348 TS Serie Speciale is finished in its original specification of Nero over a Nero leather interior.
Delivered new in Atlanta, Georgia, #64/100 has lead a well pampered/documented life and wears the majority of it's original paint with the exception of the front bumper and possibly the hood.
Accompanied by the original books, tools, and four plus records of full engine out services--the most recent being in June of '21, this 49k mile numbered example is believed to be one of only six Black/Black Serie Speciales and is in excellent mechanical condition.
The original wheels have just gone through a professional restoration in the factory Platinum Metallic finish and a set of Continental DW06 tires have been mounted.
At the proposed price, the car will be delivered with a front and rear bumper re-spray, a comprehensive paint-correction/detail and an upholstery touch-up.
In its current condition, the car can be purchased for $105,000.
