Vehicle Description 1959 Chevrolet Corvette full no expense spared, show car restomod built by Carrs Corvettes and Customs in Planto, Texas.
Complete frame swap with a new Street Shop chassis with added braces, all linked to a full independent C4 based suspension with low rate springs and QA-1 coil-over shocks.
DSE power rack-and-pinion power steering from Street Pro.
Power is suppled by a new LS3 crate engine rated at 480HP, finished with flat top valve covers for vintage look.
Engine is mated to a Tremec TK0-600 5-Speed transmission with a Keisler clutch, shifter and driveshaft.
A Dana 44 final drive was fitted with 3.
50 gears.
Stopping power is provided by 13-inch Baer rotors with 4-piston calipers in front and dual piston calipers in back.
The system is boosted by an ABS Power Brakes System.
Complete show paint finished in Torch Red.
Interior was fitted with Al Knoch seats that provide a modern amount of side bolstering yet fit in the original space, finished in Torch Red leather as well as the dash.
Original gauges were restored and converted to electronic by D&M restorations.
A/C is by Classic Auto Air to maintain vintage look.
